The TexasTeamspeak.com Web Site is comprised of various Web pages operated by TexasTeamspeak.com.
The TexasTeamspeak.com Web Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the TexasTeamspeak.com Web Site and our Teamspeak servers constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE
TexasTeamspeak.com reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the TexasTeamspeak.com Web Site and Services are offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the TexasTeamspeak.com Web Site and Services.
99.99% UPTIME GUARANTEE.
TexasTeamspeak.com must maintain 99.99% server uptime or you will be eligible for a pro-rated refund credit upon request. Scheduled Server maintenance does not apply to this guarantee as TexasTeamspeak.com must keep the servers running to keep our 99.99% guarantee. IF your Teamspeak server goes down unexpextedly and you can still ping your server IP contact support ASAP.
PayPal Subscriptons.
User is responsible for ensuring that your subscription is up to date for continued usage. It is also the users responsibility to cancel your subscription, you must either contact PayPal or our sales dept with a cancellation request.
All subscriptions are reoccurring, no refunds will be made if you fail to cancel your subscription.
Refund Policy.
Unless We do not maintain 99.99% server uptime service(*as mentioned above) no refunds will be accepted, and all sales are final. No refunds will be made for payments over after 60 days.
If you qualify for a refund we will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 15 days of receiving the refund request.
